Welcome to Vedic Crystals®. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at thevediccrystals.com (the "Site") and all products and services offered under the brand Vedic Crystals®, owned and operated by Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited, an OPC Pvt Ltd company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U47912HR2024OPC121475) and registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (GSTIN: 06AANCR6322C1ZJ), with its registered office at 153, Sector 45, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana 121003, India, and corporate office at 67, First Floor, Zone B, Highstreet, Shree Homes Sarvome, Sector 45, Faridabad, Haryana 121009, India. In these Terms, the company is referred to as "Vedic Crystals", "Royalhub Products OPC", "we", "us" or "our".

Our products and services include loose certified gemstones, custom gemstone jewelry, rudraksha, yantras, energised spiritual products, astrological consultations (standard and premium tiers), puja and ritual services, and free online tools such as kundli generators and horoscope widgets.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, booking a consultation or puja, or using any of our tools, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited, the legal owner of the Vedic Crystals® brand. Your continued use of the Site, placement of any order, or booking of any service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as in force at that time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms operate alongside, and incorporate by reference, the following sister policies:

• Privacy Policy
• Shipping Policy

2. Eligibility & User Account

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, which is the age of majority under the Indian Majority Act, 1875, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Site or making purchases on behalf of a minor, you do so under your own legal responsibility as the guardian.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update it whenever it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Services Offered

Under the Vedic Crystals® brand, we offer the following categories of products and services:

• Loose certified gemstones — including ruby, blue sapphire, yellow sapphire, emerald, pearl, coral, hessonite, cat's eye, diamond and others, with government-recognised lab certification.
• Custom gemstone jewelry — rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets and bespoke pieces made to order.
• Rudraksha beads, malas and energised yantras — sourced and energised in accordance with traditional Vedic procedure.
• Astrological consultations — standard consultations with assigned astrologers, premium named-astrologer consultations, and personalised written reports.
• Puja and ritual services — including but not limited to Shani Puja, Rahu Puja, Mangal Dosh Nivaran Puja, Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja, Pitru Dosh Puja, Mahamrityunjaya Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Navagraha Puja and others.
• Free online tools — kundli generator, daily horoscope widget, gemstone and rudraksha recommendation tools.

We have made every reasonable effort to display product images, colours, dimensions and weight accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device's display reproduces these exactly. Product availability, descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default, with optional display in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SGD and other currencies based on your geolocation. Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) for domestic Indian customers unless stated otherwise on the product page. For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes and any local levies are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

Payments are processed by PhonePe (for domestic Indian transactions) and PayPal (for international transactions). Payment gateway charges apply (2% domestic, 5% international, inclusive of 18% GST), are billed to us directly by the gateway, and are non-refundable on cancellation or return.

Our GSTIN is 06AANCR6322C1ZJ, registered in the name of Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited. A GST tax invoice is issued for all domestic orders. For B2B / corporate orders, customers may provide their GSTIN at checkout to enable input tax credit eligibility under applicable GST law.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by dealers or resellers without authorisation, or are placed in violation of any applicable law or trade restriction.

5. Order Acceptance, Verification & Fraud Prevention

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when we send order confirmation by email. We reserve the right, before or after acceptance, to:

• Verify your identity, contact details, billing address and shipping address;
• Verify your payment instrument and request additional confirmation for high-value orders;
• Cancel any order that fails verification, that we suspect to be fraudulent, that violates any applicable law, or that we are unable to fulfil for any reason;
• Limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, per household, per credit card or per shipping address.

Where an order is cancelled by us under this section, the customer's amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time at our sole discretion.

6. Natural Gemstones — Inherent Variation Disclaimer

Natural gemstones are formed through geological processes over millions of years. As such, every natural stone is unique and carries:

• Natural inclusions — internal characteristics such as needles, feathers, crystals or fingerprints, which are part of the stone's natural identity and not flaws.
• Colour variations — minor differences in hue, tone and saturation are normal across stones of the same species.
• Cut and shape variations — handcrafted cuts may show minor variations from technical ideals.
• Weight tolerances — small variations of up to ±5% from the stated carat weight may occur due to lab measurement methodology.

These characteristics are inherent to natural gemstones and do not constitute defects. The lab certificate accompanying each stone is the definitive reference for the stone's species, treatment and grade.

7. Energised Gemstones & Spiritual Products

Many of our gemstones, rudraksha and yantras undergo a pran-pratishtha (energisation) ritual before despatch, either as part of the product specification or on customer request. Energisation is performed in accordance with traditional Vedic procedure by qualified pandits and is based on customary religious belief.

By purchasing an energised product, you acknowledge that:

• Energisation is a traditional Vedic ritual and is not scientifically measurable or verifiable.
• The effect of an energised product depends on multiple factors including the wearer's intent, faith, planetary positions, karma and individual circumstances.
• No specific outcome — including health improvement, financial benefit, removal of dosha, or any other material result — is promised, guaranteed or warranted by Vedic Crystals.
• Once a gemstone, rudraksha or yantra has been energised for you, it is spiritually committed to you and cannot be re-energised for, or sold to, any other customer. It is therefore non-returnable except in case of physical defect or wrong-item dispute as set out in the Refund Policy.
• You may opt for the product to be despatched without energisation by making this request in writing at the time of order.

8. Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry — including rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets and other made-to-order pieces — involves a specific stone being allocated to your order, design specifications being finalised, and karigar (craftsman) time being booked.

Where we share a photograph or video of the specific gemstone allocated to your order via WhatsApp, email or any other written medium, your written approval (including a "yes", "ok", "please proceed", a thumbs-up emoji, or equivalent) constitutes commencement of custom production. From that point onwards, the cancellation and refund terms applicable to custom jewelry under the Refund Policy apply, regardless of how recently the order was placed.

For silver and gold jewelry, hallmarking norms applicable under the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) are followed where applicable. You may verify hallmarks independently through any BIS-recognised assay centre at your cost.

9. Astrological Consultations & Personalised Reports

We offer astrological consultations, written personalised reports and kundli analyses through qualified astrologers engaged or contracted by Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited.

9.1 Standard consultations

Under our standard consultation service, astrologers are assigned from our panel of qualified practitioners based on the type of consultation requested, the language preference indicated by you, and astrologer availability for your booking slot. Specific astrologer requests are not entertained under the standard service.

9.2 Premium named-astrologer consultations

Customers who wish to consult with a specific named astrologer may book under our Premium Named-Astrologer Consultation tier at the applicable premium price displayed at checkout. Under this tier:

• Your chosen named astrologer is assigned to your booking subject to their availability for the selected slot.
• If the named astrologer is unable to honour the booking due to illness, scheduling conflict, personal emergency or any other reason, we will offer you the following options, at your election: (i) rescheduling with the same named astrologer to the next available slot; (ii) substitution with a comparably qualified astrologer from our panel for the same booking slot, at no additional cost and with no premium-tier price refund; or (iii) a full refund of the premium consultation fee.
• Refunds under option (iii) will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• The premium price reflects the named astrologer's specific availability and is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

9.3 General consultation terms

By booking a consultation or report under either tier, you acknowledge that:

• Astrological guidance is based on traditional Vedic methods and customary religious belief, not on scientific consensus.
• Recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other regulated advice.
• The accuracy of your kundli and any related analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide (date, time and place of birth). You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
• Once a live consultation has been conducted or a written report has been delivered, the service has been rendered and is non-refundable.
• If a consultation is cancelled by you with more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time, it may be rescheduled at no extra cost within 30 days of the original booking.
• Recording of live consultations by either party is permitted only with the express written consent of the other.

10. Puja & Ritual Services

Vedic Crystals offers traditional puja and ritual services including but not limited to Shani Puja, Rahu Puja, Mangal Dosh Nivaran Puja, Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja, Pitru Dosh Puja, Mahamrityunjaya Puja and others. These pujas are performed either at affiliated temples or shrines (such as Trimbakeshwar, Ujjain Mahakaleshwar, Kashi and others) via partner pandits, or at our in-house panchang centre by our contracted pandits, depending on the puja type. The performance location is determined by Vedic Crystals based on the appropriate traditional procedure for each puja.

10.1 Scope of service

Each puja includes:

• Engagement of qualified pandits familiar with the traditional Vedic procedure for that specific puja.
• Performance of the ritual including sankalp (resolution) taken in your name, gotra and birth details.
• A video and/or photo recording of the puja being performed, provided as standard for every puja.
• A digital completion certificate, where applicable.

Pujas under our standard service are digital-only deliverables: video, photos and certificate. Physical prasad despatch is not included unless explicitly offered as a separately priced add-on.

10.2 Customer obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely details required for the puja, including your full name, your gotra, your date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, the specific intention (sankalp) for the puja, and the names of any co-beneficiaries (such as spouse, children or parents). We are not liable for incorrect performance arising from inaccurate or incomplete details supplied by you.

10.3 Muhurat scheduling

The muhurat (date and time) for each puja is set by Vedic Crystals based on the traditional Vedic procedure for that puja type, the astrological appropriateness of available dates, and pandit availability. Customers may not dictate a specific muhurat under the standard service. You will be informed of the assigned muhurat in advance of the puja.

10.4 Pandit and location assignment

We reserve the right to assign any qualified pandit from our network and to perform the puja at any appropriate location (affiliated temple or in-house centre). Specific pandit or location requests are not entertained under the standard service.

10.5 Outcome disclaimer

Pujas are traditional Vedic rituals performed in good faith per scriptural procedure. Their effects depend on multiple factors including the customer's faith, karma, planetary positions, individual circumstances and the accuracy of the personal details supplied. No specific outcome — including but not limited to marriage, employment, financial relief, business success, removal of any dosha, health improvement, conception, recovery from illness, or any other material or personal result — is promised, guaranteed or warranted by Vedic Crystals. Pujas are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other professional advice or treatment.

10.6 Recording disclaimer

The video and photo proof provided is intended as confirmation that the puja has been performed in your name and gotra. The recording is functional, not cinematic — its quality, framing, lighting and audio reflect the working conditions of a live ritual performance and are not edited or professionally produced.

10.7 Cancellation and force majeure

If a puja cannot be performed on the scheduled muhurat due to temple closure, government restrictions, pandit unavailability, weather, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control, the puja will be rescheduled to the next appropriate muhurat at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not acceptable to you, a full refund will be processed. Once a puja has been performed and proof has been shared, it is non-refundable under any circumstance, as the service has been fully rendered.

11. Free Astrological Tools (Kundli, Horoscope, Recommendations)

The Site offers free online tools including a kundli generator, daily horoscope widget and gemstone/rudraksha/yantra recommendation engines. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

• Outputs are software-generated approximations using traditional Vedic astrological algorithms (typically using the Lahiri ayanamsa system).
• Output accuracy depends on the accuracy of birth details you provide.
• These free tools are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for a personalised consultation with a qualified astrologer.
• Recommendations generated by the tools should not be acted upon for high-stakes life decisions without further professional consultation.

12. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship physical products domestically across India and internationally to select countries, via trusted courier partners with tracking available for every shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery as confirmed by our courier partner.

For high-value gemstones and jewelry, shipments are despatched in secure packaging without external branding mentioning "gemstone", "jewelry" or "Vedic Crystals", for your security.

12.1 International orders & cross-border compliance

International orders are subject to Indian export regulations governing the despatch of gemstones, gemstone jewelry and rudraksha (including, where applicable, regulations of the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and the Reserve Bank of India for cross-border remittances) and to the import regulations of the destination country. By placing an international order, you confirm that:

• The import of gemstones, gemstone jewelry, rudraksha and energised spiritual products is permitted under the laws of your country and at your specific delivery address;
• You are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage or local levies required by your destination country;
• You will provide accurate identification (passport, national ID, GST/VAT registration as required) to enable customs clearance where requested by our courier partner;
• Vedic Crystals shall not be liable for orders held, seized, returned to origin or destroyed by destination-country customs authorities, and shipping charges and applicable export charges paid on such orders are non-refundable;
• If a returned-to-origin shipment is received by us due to non-clearance, refusal of delivery or incorrect address, the product value (less shipping, customs and gateway charges) may be refunded at our discretion in accordance with the Refund Policy.

13. Refunds, Cancellations & Replacements

Refunds, cancellations, returns and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which you accept by placing any order or booking any service. Key principles:

• Loose gemstones and rudraksha — 10-day return window, no questions asked, subject to eligibility conditions.
• Custom jewelry — 7-day return window for store credit at 75% of invoice value.
• Consultations — non-refundable once delivered.
• Pujas — non-refundable once performed; cancellation terms apply pre-muhurat.
• Payment gateway charges — non-refundable across all categories.

14. Intellectual Property & Trademark

Use of the Vedic Crystals® name, logo, brand identity, taglines or any associated mark by any third party, in any commercial or quasi-commercial context, without prior written permission from Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited, constitutes trademark infringement and will attract civil and criminal action under Sections 28, 29 and 103 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, as well as remedies under applicable international intellectual property law. We actively monitor unauthorised use of our trademark and pursue infringement.

14.2 Site content and copyright

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, the Vedic Crystals® name and logo, the design and arrangement of the Site, original astrological tools and software, and original content such as gemstone descriptions, blog posts and educational material — is the property of Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited or is used with permission, and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

14.3 Lab certificates and third-party IP

Lab certificates accompanying gemstones are issued by independent third-party laboratories and remain the property and responsibility of the issuing lab. Their authenticity may be independently verified by you with the issuing lab.

15. User Reviews, Comments & Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, ideas, suggestions, testimonials or any other materials to the Site (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant Vedic Crystals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate and display such Submissions in any medium, in connection with the operation and promotion of our business.

You confirm that your Submissions are your original work, do not infringe any third-party right, are not defamatory, obscene, abusive or unlawful, and that you have the right to grant the licence above. We may, at our discretion, edit, refuse to publish, or remove any Submission. Reviews submitted with the intention of misleading other customers — including paid reviews, fake reviews or competitor-driven reviews — will be removed and the account may be blocked.

16. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site, our services, or any content from the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to act unlawfully;
• To violate any international, national, state, regional or local law, rule or regulation;
• To infringe our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• To harass, abuse, defame, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against any person based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, caste, disability or any other protected characteristic;
• To submit false, fraudulent or misleading information at any stage of an order or service booking;
• To transmit viruses, malware or any code intended to disrupt the Site or any related system;
• To collect, harvest or track the personal information of other users;
• To engage in spam, phishing, scraping, automated crawling or unauthorised data extraction;
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site;
• To resell, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit our products or services without our written authorisation;
• To use the Vedic Crystals® registered trademark, name, logo or brand identity in any manner not expressly permitted by Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited.

Violation of these Prohibited Uses may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to us.

17. Third-Party Services, Tools & Links

The Site may contain third-party content, tools, services and links. These are provided "as is" without any warranty by Vedic Crystals. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site, service or tool. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third party before engaging with them.

Third-party services we currently integrate with include payment gateways (PhonePe, PayPal), courier partners, gemological laboratories (IGI, GIA, GJEPC and others), and analytics or chat platforms. Each of these third parties has its own terms and privacy obligations.

18. Disclaimers — Astrological, Spiritual & General

18.1 Astrological and spiritual disclaimer

Vedic Crystals operates in the field of traditional Vedic astrology and Indian spiritual practice. All gemstone recommendations, consultations, kundli analyses, horoscope outputs, puja rituals and energised products are based on customary religious belief and the traditional Vedic system. They are not based on, or validated by, modern scientific or medical consensus.

None of our products, services, recommendations or content constitute, or are intended to substitute for:

• Professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
• Psychiatric or psychological care;
• Legal, financial, investment or tax advice;
• Any other regulated professional advice.

If you have a medical, mental health, legal or financial concern, please consult a qualified professional. Do not delay or discontinue any prescribed treatment based on astrological or spiritual guidance received from Vedic Crystals or any of our products or services.

18.2 General disclaimers

The Site, all products and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted availability, except to the extent required by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, viruses or interruptions, or that our services will achieve any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited, its director, officers, employees, contractors, pandits, astrologers, service providers, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, emotional distress or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or inability to use the Site or any of our services;
• Any product purchased, service booked, consultation received, puja performed, or content viewed on the Site;
• Any astrological recommendation, gemstone, energisation, puja outcome or related spiritual matter;
• Any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in the Site or our services.

In all cases, the aggregate liability of Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited and its director, officers, employees, contractors, agents, pandits, astrologers, suppliers and service providers from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms or any sister policy; (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right; (iii) inaccurate or fraudulent information supplied by you; or (iv) misuse of any product or service obtained from us.

21. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited has designated a Grievance Officer to address customer complaints, intellectual property concerns and any other grievances arising from the Site or our services.

We will acknowledge any grievance within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with statutory timelines. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

22. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian data protection law. Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through the Site.

For astrological consultations, kundli analyses and pujas, you will be required to share sensitive personal information including your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gotra and family details. By providing this information, you consent to its use for the specific purpose of delivering the service you have purchased. We do not share this information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

23. Force Majeure

Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, courier-partner failure, customs holds, port strikes, temple closures, pandit unavailability, technology failures or any other force majeure event. In such cases, performance will be resumed on a best-effort basis once conditions normalise.

24. Amendments, Severability & Termination

24.1 Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Faridabad, Haryana / Delhi NCR, India.

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Royalhub Products (OPC) Private Limited concerning the Site, our products and our services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals or agreements, whether oral or written. Any ambiguity in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
