Vedic Crystals offers a very transparent and simple 7 Days Return & Replacement policy

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Vedic Crystals team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 7 Day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges, VAT, PG charges and duties are not refundable. 

If you are planning to "test" the stone would strongly recommend to buy a substitute instead and see its impact because most of the stones take time to adjust to your aura and don't show results in first 7 days

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, earrings, etc.) cannot be returned for Money as our other customers would not want to a) Buy a used stone b) They might not have the same ring size c) They might not have the same taste in design .

However, you can place a return request within 7 (Seven) days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

If you are sending a valentine's day gift / gift to your loved one would strongly recommend that your loved one knows you are sending the gift. While we empathise with your heartache of someone not  accepting your gift of love, it would be difficult for us to take return because customisation is done in those gifts (earrings or rings being made as per your loved one taste) and someone else loved one might not have the same taste. 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering : your entire amount (minus the PG charges 2% domestic and 5% international) would be refunded in 2-3 business days as payment gateways (PhonePay in India and Paypal for global) takes 2-3 days to reflect money in our account.
  2. If you cancel your jewelry order (rings, pendants, earrings and more) post that, Vedic Crystals will deduct making charges of 25% off the total purchase price.
  3. If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification from GIA, IGI or others, Vedic Crystals will deduct the certification cost.
  4. In case of Partial Advance - Rest COD order. If you refuse to take delivery post multiple attempt by delivery partner your advance amount would not be refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
  • Return Shipment is at customer's cost
  • Payment Gateway charges, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For domestic these are 2% of invoice amount ; For International, these are 5%. 
  • Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
  • Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address and vetting by our team). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@thevediccrystals.com.. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that would share on email.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
